Precision fabrication starts with the concept and design process. The component you need must fit your specifications exactly, with no room for error. Equally important, it must be viable a component that can actually be manufactured at a cost you can afford.

Accu-dyne engineers work closely with your engineers to create exactly the right component for your application, and to judge the component's manufacturing viability before you've locked into a problematic concept or design.

When we produce prototypes, our engineers have the opportunity to evaluate all phases of production. This allows Accu-dyne to suggest cost savings in the design during the early stages, before committing to production or hard tooling. By using Accu-dyne's short run capabilities in parallel with the building of hard tooling, we can ship components and fabrications to our customers with reduced lead times so you can ship to your customers sooner.

Precision Components and Sheet Metal Prototypes

Whether you need enclosures, brackets, formed or machined parts, or highly complex components, Accu-dyne systems can control for the close tolerances that bring precision to your manufacturing operations. We can fabricate components from a variety of metal products, including:

Fabricated Chassis

Accu-dyne manufactures an extensive array of chassis, built to industry standards or to your specific requirements, either assembled or in kit form. We create chassis for commercial printers, military, medical and telecommunications applications, and for many other industries. And there's no need for you to spend time searching for a finishing house Accu-dyne takes the project from start to finish, providing additional components, hardware, painting, silkscreening, and plating. The custom-finished chassis you receive is ready for installation.

Machining

Our in-house machining department can produce custom parts or prototypes to exacting tolerances. Our skilled technicians work closely with our engineering staff to ensure each part or a complete sub-component is created as specified to make for a smooth assembly every time.

Stamping

With 9 production punch presses, ranging from 60 to 150 ton capacity, Accu-Dyne is equipped to deal with all your production needs. Our in house craftsmen can create custom dies for your unique needs. With both die creation and production facilities under one roof, we can tailor services for any job.

Quality Control

Nothing leaves the Accu-dyne shop floor without a full inspection and certification by our skilled in- house technicians. When Accu-dyne components arrive at your production line, you know that they've been given quality approval by the most critical and exacting inspectors in the business for true dock-to-stock delivery.

Assembly & Shipping

Our assembly department produces electro- mechanical assemblies, either complete or in kit form. We have a select group of high-quality suppliers with whom we work closely to choose the right components for your needs.
