Quality Assurance

In keeping with our drive to make the most of new technologies, Accu-dyne now uses the FabriVision quality control system to ensure absolute precision in its design and fabrication processes.

FabriVision provides an electro-optical method for comparison of the flat blank engineering design with the first piece article. In 15 minutes, a scan produces a diagram of the article and an inspection report (pictured below), in which each color shows a deviation from the specifications.

Our technicians follow QC inspection processes according to SPC and ISO guidelines, and include a formal quality plan for every piece manufactured. We use only certified raw materials, and we maintain documentation of inspection procedures and results for compliance with customer specifications. We provide Certifications of Compliance for all manufacturing projects.
